About the Opportunity
Our client runs a fast growing marketing agency that generates leads and books qualified sales calls for home services business owners across the US and Canada, using video based Facebook advertising. The agency generates $300,000 to $360,000 in monthly revenue, with $40,000 to $100,000 collected in cash each month, and has been running for around six years with a proven, established offer.
The sales team is being rebuilt and scaled from its current level to $500,000 a month, and this is a chance to be part of that growth, working directly with the founder on a calendar of warm, pre qualified inbound leads.
The Role
You will run consultative sales calls with warm, pre qualified inbound leads who have already applied and been vetted before they reach your calendar. You are selling a six month, fifteen thousand dollar done for you marketing program, plus a lower ticket downsell option for prospects who are not yet ready for the main offer. This is a senior, high trust seat: the business is rebuilding its sales function from zero and needs someone who can hold a high closing standard from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
- Run consultative, discovery led calls with warm, pre qualified inbound leads
- Sell the six month done for you program in full where possible, structure payment plans where needed, and take payment on the call
- Work a lower ticket downsell offer with leads who are not yet ready for the main program
- Manage your own pipeline: follow ups, no shows, and reengagement
- Update the CRM after every call with accurate notes and outcomes
- Take part in call reviews, huddles, and daily check ins during ramp up
Who We're Looking For
This is a senior, high trust seat, and we are being deliberately selective.
You'll be a great fit if you...
- Are based in the US, with a track record of closing high ticket offers (ten thousand dollars or above) by phone or video call
- Are comfortable selling to an older, business owner audience and able to build trust quickly with a more mature, hands on demographic
- Run a consultative, discovery led sales style rather than a scripted pitch, comfortable holding frame and asking direct questions
- Have experience handling price objections and structuring payment plans to get a deal across the line without discounting the offer
- Are coachable and comfortable working from a defined script and process while still bringing your own presence to the call
Outcomes & KPIs
- Around 80 booked, pre qualified inbound calls per month once ramped (the funnel currently runs 70 to 118 booked calls a month across the team)
- 50 to 60% show rate on booked calls
- Around 30% close rate on average (recent months have ranged from 30% to 37.5%)
- Average contract value $15,000, with roughly 70% of contract value collected on average per deal
- Accurate CRM updates and pipeline notes after every call
Compensation
Base / Draw
Commission only ongoing, with a $6,000 per month guaranteed draw for your first 2 months while you ramp up and build your pipeline, paid against future commission.
Commission
10% commission on cash collected against the $15,000 contract value
On Track Earnings
- 80 booked calls per month, 60% show rate = approximately 48 live calls
- 30% close rate = approximately 14 closes
- Average 70% of contract value collected per deal ($10,500 of the $15,000 contract)
- 14 x 10% x $10,500 = approximately $14,700/month
Total: approximately $14,700/month | $176,400/year once ramped, plus your $6,000/month draw guaranteed for the first 2 months
Potential Earnings
- 100 booked calls per month, 60% show rate = approximately 60 live calls
- 30% close rate = approximately 18 closes
- Average 70% of contract value collected per deal ($10,500 of the $15,000 contract)
- 18 x 10% x $10,500 = approximately $18,900/month
Total: approximately $18,900/month | $226,800/year once your calendar is running at full volume.
